Faulty Goods

Should your order or item be in any way faulty or defective and if it falls within the Manufacturers Warranty, Coleman’s Music is more than happy to provide you with a new item (within 7 days of receipt of goods), organize a repair on your item or offer you a refund on your item.

We recommend contacting us on (03) 9654 5115 or at returns@colemansmusic.com.au and we'll provide assistance to rectufy the issue or facilitate a return.

If, and when, your item does need to be returned for a Faulty Goods Claim, all Faulty Goods must be accompanied by their purchase receipt or invoice and where possible should be in their original packaging and in a cardboard box or postage satchel.

• We will cover the return cost of faulty or damaged items that are being exchanged for a new or replacement products.


• We will not cover the cost of returns that fall under the 14 Day Returns Policy scheme.


• We will not cover the postage cost of returns that are being returned for a refund.

Warranty

The warranty period on products varies between brands and distributors. Generally most products carry a minimum warranty period of 12 Months. You can feel safe with the knowledge that your On Line purchase is fully covered by a Manufacturers Warranty and that just because you bought an item over the internet that you are in any way disadvantaged in terms of warranty claims or returns.

If an item does need to be returned for a Warranty / Faulty Goods Claim please contact our store to discuss your return procedure.

Product Enquiries

If there is a particular product that you are hunting for and you can’t find it in our on line store or we don’t have it listed on line, you can either email us sales@colemansmusic.com.au or call our online sales department on 1 300 272 626 and we will endeavour to assist you as quickly as possible.

We accept:

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard or Debit Mastercard) through our Secure Credit Card processing facility. No records of Credit card numbers or information are stored on our system and you can guarantee you order will be processed within 24 hours of payment with this option.

PayPal we now accept payment directly from your PayPal account. Simply select the “PAYPAL” option from the payment method drop-down and click the link to pay through the PayPal gateway.

Bank Deposit / Direct Debit payment option involves transferring us the funds from your financial institution to ours safely and securely from the comfort of your home or from your nearest financial branch. When choosing this option in the checkout you will receive an email directing you as to where to deposit the funds. Alternatively the details can be found here.

Delivery Times

The delivery time on all orders will vary depending on stock availability and your location and/or delivery address. If your order is placed on a weekday before 3pm (Monday to Friday) and your items are In Stock, your order will be dispatched the same or next day by either TNT Road Express , Toll Ipec, StarTrack or Australia Post and you can expect delivery within 2-5* business days. If an order is placed on the weekend it will be dispatched on the next trading day (most likely Monday; and if in stock) and should arrive within 2-5* business days.

If an item is Out of Stock we will advise as to the expected Delivery Time via text, email or phone and will endeavor to keep you up to date with the progress of your order. If you are interested in the status of your order, you can send us an email and we can advise within 24 hours the location of your goods and your estimated delivery time.

At this time Colemans Music does cannot process International online orders through our website; however, for some smaller items (less than 500mm x 500mm in size) we can obtain a freight quote for you and advise if we are able to ship to your location.

Freight Charges

Standard shipping on non-bulky or non-Oversized items will be a flat-rate of $11.00. Anything that is classified as “Oversized” or a  “Bulky Item” will incur additional costs which will be displayed at checkout. As a general rule, “Oversize” items are usually approx. $40+ and “Bulky Items” are approx. $130.00+

Policies

Our 14 Day Returns Policy covers YOU, the customer so that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can simply return the goods for a refund. Please note that Items that have been opened will need to be assessed by our team before a refund is approved. Please also note that in some cases a restocking fee may apply

Some items may also be rejected for Return based on health reasons (for example microphones and in-ear monitors etc.)

Once a refund is approved, the cost of the goods will be either credited to your customer account for future purchases or money can be refunded to you via your original payment method. If you would like to exchange the goods for a product of equal or lesser value (in which case we will organize a credit for the difference) this can also be arranged!

If you are returning or exchanging an item under the 14 Day Returns Policy, YOU are required to cover the cost of postage/shipping back to us.

Your replacement item will be shipped to you at no extra charge.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging, within a cardboard packing box or postage satchel within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods.
