The shorter scale length 24+7/8" makes fretting and bending strings easier, while the mahogany/sapele wood pairing yields a surprisingly dynamic tonal range for a smaller body. The mahogany top gives a warm, articulate sound providing a natural compression to the note. Blackwood is a beautiful timber which tonally adds depth and a focused mid range.
A smooth shaded edge burst adds a tasteful vintage look that complements the dark and rich-grained mahogany top. Appointments include a black pickguard and binding with crisp white top trim and a 3-ring rosette.
